Just shy of the NFL's Super Bowl LV kickoff, many users experienced a crash on the CBS All Access streaming platform, preventing them from watching the start of the anticipated football game featuring the Kansas City Chiefs against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

"Uh oh. An error has occurred, but we're working on fixing it. We'll be up and running again shortly," read the error message on the platform, as reported by THR.

While CBS has yet to issue a statement, its Twitter support page for its CBS All Access service is currently replying to individuals experiencing an outage. Since the game's kickoff, the stream resumed seemingly to no interruptions.

CBS All Access will become Paramount+ on March 4. Its relaunch is due to ViacomCBS wanting to integrate several channels that the network owns under one streaming service. Paramount+ will integrate a number of different networks owned by ViacomCBS, including MTV, Nickelodeon, BET, The Smithsonian Channel and several others. This follows efforts to include shows from these networks on the existing service over the past year.

ViacomCBS President and CEO Bob Bakish previously stated, "We're excited to establish one global streaming brand in the broad-pay segment that will draw on the sheer breadth and depth of the ViacomCBS portfolio."
