Today the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund is proud to auction Mile HighComics' donation of Thor #156, the oldest comic ever discoveredin pristine 10.0 condition. Graded 10.0 by the CGC, this is the onlySilver Age comic to ever receive a 10.0 appraisal, which makes it theoldest 10.0 comic ever discovered.

Rozanski donated the book to assist the Fund in paying for the appealof Jesus Castillo's obscenity conviction to the Supreme Court.

"I was extremely fortunate when this great book came back as theonly 10.0 Silver Age comic ever graded by CGC," Rozanski says."My first thought when I saw the 10.0 grade was that I wanted touse my good fortune to somehow help the entire world of comics. Aftermuch thought, I could see no better way to help the comics world thanby donating the book to the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund. Without theCBLDF we would have absolutely no organized defense against therising forces of oppression."
