Next month marks the 80th anniversary of Catwoman's debut in 1940's Batman #1 and DC Comics is pulling out all the stops to commemorate the occasion.

DC has provided a new sneak peek at the upcoming anniversary special issue, including a cover by current series writer and artist Joëlle Jones, original pin-up art by Ty Templeton inspired by the character's appearance in Batman: The Animated Series and a short story by Tom King and Mikel Janín, revolving around Selina Kyle as she makes a momentous discovery.

Last month, King had previously teased Catwoman's pregnancy in teaser art by Janín and colorist Jordie Bellaire. The creative team's short story is just one of several high-profile reunions in the upcoming special, with Ed Brubaker and Cameron Stewart returning to deliver a new short story that has Selina embark on a new dangerous heist.

An in-progress preview of Brubaker and Stewart's story was released this past January along with the special's official announcement by DC.

Written and illustrated by a whole host of superstar comic book creators, Catwoman 80th Anniversary 100-Page Super Spectacular #1 goes on sale April 15 from DC Comics.
