WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Catwoman #23 by Blake Northcott, Sean Murphy, Cian Tormey, FCO Plascencia, and Tom Napolitano, available now.

The newest issue of Catwoman will come with a hefty price tag on a certain online marketplace.

Catwoman #23 is starting to gain traction on eBay, with the regular and variant covers both selling together for $99 at the time of writing. The reason the comic is going for such a steep price is because of the first appearance of a character called Catgirl. The issue also sees the reappearance of Snowflame, a rather obscure villain from the short-lived New Guardians comic book series. Snowflame's powers are fueled by cocaine; the more he ingests, the more powerful he becomes. This marks Snowflame's first appearance since the 1980s.

In Catwoman #23, Snowflame is revealed to be an old acquaintance of Catwoman. Snowflame was running an auction for the world's rarest -- and most dangerous -- artifacts. The issue also saw Snowflame receive an updated attire, which makes him look like a character from Miami Vice. Snowflame has gained a cult following thanks to the Atop The Fourth Wso for him to make a reappearance after all these years is a fairly big deal.

Catwoman #23 also features Selina sporting a new costume. Eagle-eyed fans will notice that her new grey and black costume is pulled from Batman: The Animated Series.
