Cartoon Network has many memorable characters, but they're not always remembered for their responsible or friendly attitudes. Many people would be extremely unfortunate to have certain CN characters as roommates.

Many Cartoon Network characters are real troublemakers who bring a host of problems everywhere they go. Some lack proper hygiene, don't have a job, or are extremely messy. Others, however, are just plain dangerous. It wouldn't take long for these characters' roommates to give them an eviction notice or even call the police on them.

10 Ed Has Poor Hygiene

Ed, Edd, n Eddy

Ed from Ed, Edd, n Eddy is a sweet soul, but his lack of hygiene leaves a lot to be desired. Anybody who lives with Ed would have to be just as unhygienic as him.

Ed doesn't care for personal cleanliness as he has a phobia of soap. His bedroom is a huge mess, he rolls around in gravy and dirt, and keeps sticky food everywhere, including inside his sofa chair. Ed also eats everything if he sleepwalks, meaning that he'd probably end up eating all of his roommate's food.

9 "Scoutmaster" Lumpus Is Dangerous

Camp Lazlo

Scoutmaster Lumpus is a memorable character from Camp Lazlo due to the show's bizarre twist ending. In the final episode, authorities took Lumpus to a psychiatric hospital for masquerading as the scoutmaster of Camp Kidney, who Lumpus had kidnapped and "locked up in the closet all summer."

With this in mind, no one would want Lumpus as a roommate because he would probably lock them up and steal their identity. He's not the easiest to trust, so sharing a living space with him would be difficult.

8 The Delightful Children From Down The Lane Are Villainous Killjoys

Codename: Kids Next Door

Delightful Children From Down The Lane from CNKND

The Delightful Children From Down The Lane are major antagonists in Codename: Kids Next Door. They were against kids having fun and wanted all children to obey adults without question. Anybody who hates adhering to rigid rules would despise living with the Delightful Children From Down The Lane.

The Delightful Children From Down The Lane would be an absolute drag to live with, as they would suck the fun out of everything. They would force their roommate to abide by the strictest rules, forbidding the roommate from ever having a lick of fun in their own home.

7 Young Ben Can Be Quite Rude

Ben 10

Ben with his family at the store - Ben 10

Ben Tennyson from Ben 10 cares about people, but he can be quite rude. He often disregards people's feelings and just does as he pleases. Ben has the Omnitrix, which he loves to use to turn into an alien, including at inopportune moments.

It would be awkward for a roommate to explain to friends or family why Gray Matter is eating in their home. In addition, the Omnitrix makes Ben a prime target for villains like Vilgax, and a roommate wouldn't want to get caught in the crossfire.

6 Kevin Levin Tends To Get In Trouble

Ben 10: Alien Force

In Ben 10: Alien Force, Kevin Levin began to reform and has since helped save the day many times. However, Kevin can still be a bit of a wild card and often gets in trouble with the law and aliens.

Kevin's shenanigans got to the point that he wound up engaged to an angry alien princess. Then, he tricked his friend Ben Tennyson into becoming betrothed to her. Kevin may be a good guy at heart, but he would bring trouble for his roommate, especially if they're not experienced in fighting aliens like he is.

5 The Ice King's Crown Makes Him A Complicated Guy

Adventure Time

Ice King with frozen Finn and Jake in Adventure Time

The Ice King can be nice, but he comes with his unique set of problems due to the crown on his head. A roommate would have to deal with the Ice King's memory issues and his childish behavior.

In Adventure Time, the Ice King can get enraged over silly things, such as people not liking his fanfiction of Finn and Jake. Actually, throwing a tantrum would be the lesser of two evils because he's happy to hurt innocent people with his ice powers. Ice King also suffers from memory loss, so he would likely forget to pay rent or threaten his own roommate for bringing it up.

4 Beast Boy Has A Lot Of Energy

Teen Titans Go!

Raven and Beast Boy in Teen Titans Go!

Teen Titans Go! may be a popular show, but Beast Boy can be incredibly tiresome. He is incredibly irresponsible and tends to annoy his teammates. Ironically, his teammates are probably the only people who can stand to live with him.

While Beast Boy isn't without his likable moments, he is consistently high-energy and puts his friends into troublesome situations. He was even responsible for ruining his friends' futures just so he can shirk responsibility. Beast Boy may be fun to watch goof off, but he would be a lot less fun to actually live with.

Owen enjoys eating food. As a result, his body has to deal with everything he consumes, even though he has poor digestion. Owen's poor eating habits lead to major flatulence. In other words, Owen farts a lot. This isn't the most pleasant trait to look for in a roommate. He even passes gas in his sleep, which can disturb even the heaviest of sleepers.

2 Gumball's Dad Can't Work Or He'll Kill Everyone In The Universe

The Amazing World Of Gumball

Richard Buckley Watterson and Nicole Watterson holding food from The Amazing World of Gumball.

A good roommate would put in the necessary work to pay the rent and other expenses. However, Richard Buckley Watterson from The Amazing World of Gumball is extremely lazy and immature, to the point that he doesn't even have a job or do anything noteworthy. He isn't dependable, and even his children are more productive than him.

Along with Richard's lack of responsibility, he also can't work. If he does get a job, the universe will physically implode. Thus, any roommate of his would be doomed to pay for all the expenses because Richard having a job would kill everyone.

1 Spinel Is Kind But Overbearing

Steven Universe

Spinel fighting Steven from Steven Universe

Steven Universe's Spinel is incredibly kind and sympathetic. Many fans love her character and would like to be her friend. However, Steven Universe makes it a point to showcase that she can be too playful.

Although Spinel just wants to befriend others with her energetic attitude, she has a tendency not to take issues seriously, even when her companions are. She also wouldn't leave much time for her friends to be alone or handle other problems, which makes her somewhat irritating. Living with Spinel would be more of a hindrance than a benefit for many people as she is too overbearing.
