The following contains spoilers for Carnage #10, on sale now from Marvel.

Carnage #10 sees the titular symbiote get his own version of All-Black the Necrosword, which he appropriately names All-Blood.

Carnage #10 comes from writer Ram V, artist Francesco Manna, color artist Erick Arciniega and letterer VC's Joe Sabino. In Carnage #9, the host-less symbiote made his way to Nidavellir with serial killer Kenneth Neely and a codex he extracted from Malekith's body earlier in the series in an effort to force weapons maker Drorin Runehewe to craft him a new version of All-Black the Necrosword. While Drorin tries to secretly betray and kill Carnage in the new issue of the series, the symbiote manages to escape confinement thanks to some help from detective John Shayde, who has been communicating with Cletus Kasady within his head.

Carnage takes the energy Drorin was using to trap him and forges it into a new weapon, All-Blood, that also gives the symbiote an updated, ultra-deadly appearance. He proceeds to use All-Blood to stab Drorin before then turning his sights toward John, who he selects as his new host. Kenneth, meanwhile, manages to get out of Nidavellir before Carnage turns on him. The end of the issue sees Kenneth arrive at St. Estes Orphanage in hopes he can convince Cletus to take a stand against Carnage.

Carnage's New Weapon Could Mean Trouble for Miles Morales

Now equipped with his new weapon, Carnage is about to go head-to-head with Miles Morales for the first time in a new crossover event launching in May 2023. The synopsis for Carnage Reigns Alpha (co-written by Alex Paknadel and Cody Ziglar with art by Julius Ohta and more) reads, "CARNAGE VS. MILES MORALES! CLETUS KASADY IS BACK and badder than ever. With his soul trapped within the Extrembiote Armor created by Tony Stark during KING IN BLACK, Cletus has the means to level an untold amount of chaos and, well, carnage on New York City and the entire Marvel Universe. But like any good Tony Stark invention, the Extremis coursing through Cletus’ symbiotic veins needs POWER, and that means Cletus is HUNGRY. Good thing Brooklyn’s very own SPIDER-MAN is there to stand in his way! If he survives their first encounter, that is." The Carnage Reigns crossover will then continue to play out in the following issues of Carnage and Miles Morales: Spider-Man.

Carnage #10 features cover art by Kendrick "Kunkka" Lim and variant cover art by Trevor Von Eeden and Rachelle Rosenberg. The issue is on sale now from Marvel.
