You Can Purchase Captain Marvel-Style Shoes, Courtesy of Vans

Carol Danvers isn't set to make her Marvel Cinematic Universe debut until next year's Captain Marvel, but Vans is already planning on introducing a pair of Captain Marvel-inspired shoes in a forthcoming line.

As part of an upcoming collaboration between Marvel and Vans, the shoe company will be releasing sneakers based on a handful of characters including Black Panther, Deadpool, Hulk, Spider-Man and of course, Captain Marvel. The sneakers are part of a new line between Marvel and Vans that will focus on the "Off the Walls" characters of the Marvel Universe. As it stands, a launch date for the collection has yet to be revealed. However, fans interested in purchasing a pair when they go on sale can sign-up to be notified directly from Vans' website. You can check out photos of some of the items featured in the forthcoming collection below.

The Captain Marvel-inspired sneakers are a part of the Sk8-Hi high top line of Vans and features the hero's color scheme, as well as Carol's iconic Hala star on the back of the heel. The shoes include red laces and proudly display the Marvel logo on the tongue of the shoe.

Another big Marvel hero to get the Vans treatment is Black Panther. Like the Captain Marvel sneakers, the Black Panther-inspired kicks are also a part of the brand's Sk8-Hi high tops line. The shoes, which are all black including the sole, feature an impressive amount of detail -- from the design-work on the sole, to the gold elements among the top of the shoe.

Other characters that'll be highlighted in the collection include Hulk, Thor, and Spider-Man. While Hulk and Spidey feature on the line's popular slip-ons, the God of Thunder will take on the company's Old Skool lace-up line.

Of course, the entire collection won't simply be shoes. The line looks to also be including backpacks. For the time being, the only character represented appears to be Captain Marvel. The character's Hala star is prominent on top, while Van's typical checkerboard pattern fills up the pouch portion of the backpack.
