First up is the poster for IMAX. Carol is nothing short of electrifying in this poster, which you can see below. The image manages to truly capture the cosmic essence of the feature, while never losing focus of the iconic heroine and her incredible strength.

And as if you needed a reason to see the film in IMAX, the company makes sure to remind you that you IMAX screens allow :up to 26% more picture."
Taking a more comic book approach is Dolby Cinemas. Using Carol's Captain Marvel color scheme as a backdrop, the poster opts to focus on Carol's costume as a whole, as well as her past as an Air Force pilot. It's simple, and yet, perfectly captures this fan-favorite character all at once.
The most interesting of the three posters, however, belong to RealD 3D and that's because of how simple the poster is; rather than focus on Carol's suit—with full on mohawk helmet—this poster chooses to instead simply focus on Carol. She's not flying or preparing to punch holes in the sky. In fact, she's looking in an entirely different direction, but the poster still manages to ooze power and that's pretty dang impressive.
Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck from a script they wrote with Liz Flahive, Carly Mensch, Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman and Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as the commander of Starforce, Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, Djimon Hounsou as Korath the Pursuer, Gemma Chan as Minn-Erva, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos, Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau, Algenis Perez Soto, McKenna Grace as young Carol, and Annette Bening in an undisclosed role. The film arrives March 8, 2019.
