With Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel drawing ever closer to its March 8 release date, more and more sneak peaks at the film are beginning to surface.
Recently, Collider published a series of still images from Carol Danvers' first big screen outing. Most of these images have been seen before. However, two stand out as being brand-new.
The first image features an up-close look at a young, green armor-clad Ronan the Accuser. Played be Lee Pace the characters was first introduced to the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2014's Guardians of the Galaxy.
Meanwhile, the second snapshot offers a new look at Kree Starforce members Minn-Erva (Gemma Chan) and Bron-Char (Rune Temte).
While we've already seen plenty of their alien teammates, this is our best look so far at both of these Kree warriors.
Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck from a script they wrote with Liz Flahive, Carly Mensch, Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman and Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as Mar-Vell, Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, Djimon Hounsou as Korath the Pursuer, Gemma Chan as Minn-Erva, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos and Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau. The film arrives March 8, 2019.
