With less than two weeks until the release of Captain Marvel in theaters everywhere, a new poster shows an illustrated, powerful take on the titular Marvel Cinematic Universe superhero.

Through its official Twitter account, Marvel Studios has shared a poster illustrated by prolific pop culture artist Sam Gilbey, capturing Carol Danvers charging up her photonic powers in a pivotal moment straight from the upcoming MCU film's trailers.

Similarly, Gilbey's poster also uses the tagline first introduced by the film's TV spot at the Super Bowl earlier this month, "Higher. Further. Faster."

With an intense, determined look as she powers up, this new poster confirms there are no other heroes in the MCU quite like Carol Danvers.

Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck from a script they wrote with Liz Flahive, Carly Mensch, Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman and Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as Mar-Vell, Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, Djimon Hounsou as Korath the Pursuer, Gemma Chan as Minn-Erva, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos and Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau.
