Anyone taking a springtime vacation this week at California's Lake Shaver may find themselves magically transported to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Newly surfaced footage reveals a filming location for Captain Marvel, serving as some kind of aircraft crash site.
It's difficult to tell exactly what we're seeing, but given what we know of Captain Marvel, there are a few potential theories. It's certainly possible this is where Brie Larson's Carol Danvers crashes a U.S. Air Force jet, but it could also be where we meet the Kree Mar-Vell, played by Jude Law.
Fresno-area people also have the opportunity to appear in the hotly anticipated Marvel film by responding to an open casting call. The filmmakers are looking for people aged 20-50 to pose as "government and maintenance workers," which makes it sound as if the scene is more likely Air Force-related, rather than the crash site of an alien craft.
