With a little over a month until its wide release in theaters everywhere, the latest marketing campaign for Captain Marvel literally soars in the skies.Alaska Airlines has unveiled airliners in its fleet branded with the Marvel Cinematic Universe's latest superhero, Brie Larson's high-flying superhero displayed prominently on the side of the plane. Given Carol Danvers' civilian background as an accomplished pilot herself, the tie-in advertising campaign certainly falls right in line with elements of the upcoming superhero film.

With the MCU superhero's catchphrase "higher, further, faster" taken straight from the acclaimed comic book run by Kelly Sue DeConnick and David Lopez, fans will soon get the chance to take that sensibility to heart.

Directed by Anna Boden and Ryan Fleck from a script they wrote with Liz Flahive, Carly Mensch, Meg LeFauve, Nicole Perlman and Geneva Robertson-Dworet, Captain Marvel stars Brie Larson as Carol Danvers, Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Jude Law as Mar-Vell, Clark Gregg as Phil Coulson, Lee Pace as Ronan the Accuser, Djimon Hounsou as Korath the Pursuer, Gemma Chan as Minn-Erva, Ben Mendelsohn as Talos and Lashana Lynch as Maria Rambeau. The film arrives March 8, 2019.
