Jordan Peele's remake of the classic horror movie Candyman has released a short teaser in anticipation of the first trailer's release later this week.Along with the teaser comes a poster, which features the signature hook covered in honey as a bee crawls atop of it. In order to view the sneak peek at the Candyman teaser, the official movie account invited fans to tweet the #Candyman hashtag five times. Once that is completed, the @CandymanMovie Twitter account will share the teaser, which shows a woman screaming as she drops a plate when the hook comes into view. The teaser ends with the Candyman logo revealed on an orange background.

Original Candyman star Tony Todd will return to reprise his iconic role from the Clive Barker classic film.

Candyman is directed by Nia DaCosta with a script by Jordan Peele and Win Rosenfeld. It stars Tony Todd, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II and Teyonah Parris. Filming is currently underway, with a scheduled release on June 12.
