Caity Lotz, who is known for her role as Sara Lance/White Canary on DC's Legends of Tomorrow, has released her short film Twin Turbo for free online.On Twitter, Lotz shared a link to the full film, which can be found on the video streaming platform, Vimeo. "The beautiful thing about being an artist is being able to entertain people and bring them some joy, especially in times like this," Lotz said. "So here’s a link to the short film I wrote and directed where you can download it for free! I’ll go live on insta at 2pm!"
Starring Dominique Domingo and Legends of Tomorrow's Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Twin Turbo tells the story of two women that are kidnapped while on their way to Las Vegas. The film is around 8-and-a-half minutes long and was produced by Lotz, Dylan Lewis, Tim Banks and Mik Luton.
Lotz made her Arrowverse premiere as Sara Lance in Season 2 of Arrow, which recently ended on January 28, 2020. From there, she would return as the character in several Arrowverse shows, including Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash, Supergirl and Batwoman. Other shows featuring Lotz include Law & Order: LA, Mad Men and Death Valley.
Airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on The CW, DC’s Legends of Tomorrow stars Caity Lotz, Dominic Purcell, Brandon Routh, Nick Zano, Maisie Richardson-Sellers, Tala Ashe, Matt Ryan, Jes Macallan, and Courtney Ford.
