Bruce Willis to Star in 'Extraction'

Bruce Willis has joined  Extraction, director Steven C. Miller's latest thriller, Deadline reports.

Willis will star as a former CIA operative deeply troubled by his wife's murder. He and his son Harry, also a CIA operative, team up to stop the development of a super-weapon called the Condor. But after Willis' character is kidnapped by a terrorist group, Harry conducts his own rescue operation, and in the process uncovers a life-changing conspiracy.

Scripted by Umair Aleem, the film will be released in the United States by Lionsgate/Grindstone. Extraction begins shooting Feb. 9 in Alabama.
