Previously, Gina Torres was announced as starring in ABC's upcoming drama series The Brides, which is about the three brides of famous vampire Dracula. Now, another handful of actors are supposedly joining the series, including Katherine Reis, Chris Mason and Sophia Tatum.

Starring in the Harry Potter-based Broadway play, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child, Reis has also had appearances in several movies and TV series, including NBC's Rise, Netflix's Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt and TNT's Claws. According to Deadline, Reis will portray the youngest of Dracula's brides, named Lily Stevens.

Sophia Tatum is set to play the character of Justine Strang in The Brides. Her character will be a model that befriends one of the Brides. Tatum most recently starred as Jenny Tuffield in the Netflix series I Am Not Okay with This. 

Lastly, Chris Mason is a long-time TV actor with a resume that includes Broadchurch, Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists, and The Resident. In The Brides, Mason will portray a real estate rival to Gina Torres' Cleo Phillips.

Both ABC Studios and Warner Bros. Television will be producing The Brides. Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, the CCO of Archie Comics and creator of Riverdale and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, will serve as the writer and executive producer of the series. The pilot for The Brides will be directed by Maggie Kiley and will air on ABC.
