"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" had a significant dip in its second weekend at the domestic box office, dropping to $52.4 million over the period -- 68% less than its $166 million last weekend.

According to Variety, the Zack Snyder-directed feature came in first at the box office this weekend, despite its drop, amassing a $261.4 million total gross, domestically, to date.

Disney's "Zootopia" has coasted on its success, holding over with a second place showing at this weekend's box office, earning roughly $19.8 million.

Universal's "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2" came in third, with $11.1 million -- a 38% drop from its opening weekend -- bringing the comedy sequel to a $36.5 million total domestic gross.

Rounding out the top five, "God's Not Dead 2" came in fourth with an $8.1 million debut, followed by "Miracles from Heaven" in fifth with $7.5 million.
