Isshiki Otsutsuki was the partner of Kaguya Otsutsuki and the biggest villain in the Boruto series to date. Seeking to be reborn in Kawaki's body, Isshiki was thankfully stopped by Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.

In their epic final clash, Naruto tapped into the incredible power of Baryon Mode and overwhelmed Isshiki. Kawaki, meanwhile, did the rest by tricking Isshiki with a shadow clone and eventually killing him for good. Although the dangerous threat of Isshiki Otsutsuki is now over, several powerful villains in the story still remain, with some having the potential to surpass even the mighty Otsutsuki himself.

7 Amado Is A Citizen Of Konohagakure, But His True Motives Remain Unknown

Amado, Kara's Top Scientist in Boruto.

As Kashin Koji engaged Jigen in combat, Amado made his way to Konohagakure and tricked them into granting citizenship to him. Although he gives the village every bit of intel they need to prepare for Isshiki's impending arrival, he still has some ulterior motives that nobody knows right now. Amado might not be a member of the Kara anymore, but he's just as big a threat as any other member of the group right now.

His motives remain unknown, and in the future, he could well prove to be an obstacle standing in Naruto Uzumaki's way once again. When it comes to fighting capabilities, Amado is the weakest of threats that Konohagakure could face, but his proficiency with ninja technology is greater than anyone else's.

6 Delta Was Deactivated By Amado, But Her Threat Is Far From Over

Kara Technology

Delta was once a part of Kara and ranked among their strongest Inners. Just like any other member of the group, her body was enhanced with scientific ninja tools. Although her body was completely destroyed during her fight against the Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki, Amado immediately gave her a new one, bringing her to life once again. Later, she was deactivated by him when his plan kicked into action. However, Delta isn't dead just yet. If Amado wants to, he can easily reactivate her, meaning that her threat to Konohagakure remains.

5 Daemon Is Extremely Powerful & Difficult To Take On In Battle

Daemon smile Boruto Naruto Next Generations manga

Daemon was created by none other than Amado as a cyborg whose fighting capabilities surpassed even those of Jigen. Realizing the threat that he posed, Jigen ordered to have him disposed of. After Isshiki's death, Daemon is free once again, and he poses a great threat to everyone in the ninja world.

Having fighting skills greater than Jigen means that he's far stronger than even Naruto Uzumaki despite being a kid. What's more is that Daemon has the ability to reflect any attack used against him back to the user, making him nigh-unstoppable in any sort of combat.

4 Eida Can Only Be Defeated By The Otsutsuki Clan Or Her Blood Relatives

Eida in Boruto

Just like Daemon, Eida was created by Amado with the goal of taking Jigen down. Jigen ordered to get rid of her in order to protect himself, but Boro failed to accomplish this task due to Eida's special ability. Amado gave her the power to bewitch anyone regardless of their gender, making it impossible to not fall in love with her.

Only the members of the Otsutsuki Clan and her blood relatives are spared from this ability but other than them, everyone can be a slave to her powers. In terms of fighting prowess, Eida is stronger than Jigen, which means even without using her power to bewitch, she can crush the likes of Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.

3 Kawaki Will Become A Major Villain In The Future Of The Story

Kawaki is taken in by the Uzumaki family

Boruto's prologue gives the fans an idea of how grim the future of the shinobi world looks. At some point, Kawaki, presumably, turns on Konohagakure and fights Boruto Uzumaki. He even has the power of the Karma once again, meaning he has Amado reconstruct it on his body. Having the Karma as a pure weapon of power, Kawaki's seal likely gives him a great boost in power. All that, combined with the scientific ninja tools that his body has already been modified with, makes him a massive threat to anyone.

2 Momoshiki Otsutsuki Still Lives Within Boruto Uzumaki

Momoshiki Taking Control of Boruto's Body

Momoshiki Otsutsuki appeared as the main antagonist of the Versus Momoshiki arc where he sought out Kurama's power and attacked Konohagakure. Thanks to the combined effort of Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, Momoshiki Otsutsuki was defeated, but he marked Boruto with his Karma and dwells within him now.

At times, Momoshiki Otsutsuki possesses Boruto's body, as seen when he kills Boro and later when he stabs Sasuke Uchiha's Rinnegan. Evidently, Momoshiki Otsutsuki is still a massive threat to the ninja world, and his power is only going to grow from here onward by the looks of it.

1 Code Is The Strongest Being In The Entire World Of Naruto Right Now

Code's True Power Boruto

Code was once an Inner of Kara and served Jigen, but in reality, his powers were far greater than the Kara leader. He is known to have been one of the children who Jigen experimented on. And despite being a failure, he got access to a White Karma somehow, which gave him powers exceeding those of Jigen.

Code has several limiters placed on his body at the moment, but even with such obstructions, he's stronger than Delta and Boro, and just as strong as Kashin Koji. After having his limiters removed, Code's strength will drastically increase. Furthermore, Isshiki has ordered Code to consume planet after planet until he achieves Godhood, meaning he could well turn out to be the greatest power ever in the Naruto universe.
