Jutsu are techniques that allow a ninja to show their capabilities in battle and in threatening situations. Like with ninjas, the power of a technique depends on multiple aspects, such as the caster and the complexity of the technique. So far, we've seen numerous Jutsu in Boruto already, despite having barely made it through the first few arcs of the series.
Thanks to the various new characters, such as the members of Kara, being introduced to us in Boruto, we have a plethora of techniques to choose from. In this list, we are going to rank the 10 strongest Known Jutsu in the series.
10 Vanishing Rasengan
The Vanishing Rasengan is the signature technique of Boruto Uzumaki, who is the son of Naruto Uzumaki and is the main protagonist of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. Although this technique is complicated for a regular ninja, Boruto learned it within a very short span of time, as he's extremely a talented ninja, acknowledged by Sasuke himself.
During his training, Boruto learned to perform this Rasengan by failing to perfect the original technique. What he ended up creating can be thrown from a distance and it also vanishes in its track, which makes it extremely hard to track, catching even the likes of Momoshiki off guard. The anime seems to imply that this Jutsu is a lightning release technique.
9 Dark Cloud
This is a Jutsu which was first performed by Boro, another member of the evil organization known as Kara. To perform this technique, Boro unleashes a dark mist that spreads over quite a wide range. If Dark Cloud comes in contact with anyone, it slowly begins to drain their strength to the point where they become paralyzed.
As seen recently, this Jutsu can't be absorbed by anyone. It gave Boruto and his friends a very hard time during their attempt to rescue Naruto from the clutches of Kara. Had it not been for Mitsuki, Boruto and the rest of Team 7 would've died at the hands of Boro.
8 Jigen's Shrinking Ability
Jigen is one of the strongest characters in Boruto and the leader of the evil organization known as Kara. As evident from the recent chapter, he has the most amazing feats out of all the Kara members and has proven to be incredibly powerful. He possesses a vast number of techniques, some of which remain to be seen. Among these is one of his deadliest Jutsu that gave even Naruto and Sasuke a hard time.
This is a new ability unique to Jigen and probably those who bear his Karma. It lets Jigen shrink any object he likes to a microscopic level, and as a result, he can catch his opponents off guard and do tremendous damage to them. It can't be tracked easily, even by those with the Sharingan, which makes it a very powerful and dangerous Jutsu.
7 True Fire of Samadhi
Kashin Koji is one of the newest characters to have been seen in the Boruto series. Although a lot about him remains mysterious, we do know bits about his powers.
He mainly uses Fire Style techniques, and the strongest of them all is known as True Fire of Samadhi. Like Amaterasu, this Jutsu can burn its victim within seconds. According to Kara's Kashin Koji, the power of this Jutsu is such that neither wind nor rain can extinguish these flames, which again makes it sound similar to Amaterasu.
6 Urashiki's Jutsu Extraction
Urashiki is one of the three Ōtsutsuki who came to earth in the Boruto series, the other two being Momoshiki and Kinshiki. He was a formidable opponent for Boruto and his friends and he had plenty of powerful Jutsu up his sleeves. One of the most impressive techniques that Urashiki introduced us to was his Jutsu Extraction technique.
Using unknown means, Urashiki could replicate another person's Jutsu without any limitations whatsoever. He used his fishing pole to extract chakra from his opponents then stored it in his gourd. During the Boruto series, he extracted the Jutsu of quite a number of people which included Gaara, Mitsuki, and Sasuke.
5 Amaterasu
Amaterasu is a Kekkei Genkai technique that was first used in the Boruto series by Sasuke Uchiha. The roots of this technique are embedded in the Naruto series which described this Jutsu as the "highest level of Fire Release."
Simply put, Amaterasu is black flames that can't be extinguished by anything, and they're known to be hotter than the sun itself, painting a picture of how powerful this technique really is. A person can, however, contain these flames by using a sealing Jutsu, or by any absorption Jutsu. This is a truly frightening ability that can kill an opponent in a blink of an eye and it is, without a doubt, one of the strongest in the series.
4 Lava Release Rasenshuriken
Lava Release Rasenshuriken is a Jutsu that was invented by Naruto. It works by Naruto combining the power of Son Goku, the Four-Tailed Beast, with his Rasenshuriken to make the Jutsu even more deadly by adding the heat and corrosive properties of lava.
This Jutsu is capable of completely cutting the God Tree in half, as seen in Naruto Shippuden. To put that into context, the same tree stood erect after getting hit by Might Guy's Night Guy technique, a Jutsu that was able to bend space itself. It is truly a frightening ability that can do tremendous damage to those it hits.
3 Destruction Beam
Destruction Beam is one of the strongest attacks of Kara's Delta during her fight Naruto in an attempt to take Kawaki back to Jigen. As stated by Naruto himself, this attack is extremely dangerous, and if hit, it's nearly impossible for the person to recover.
Destructive Beam is a very powerful attack that can even overpower all of the regenerative abilities of a person, whether weak or strong. It isn't clear if this a ninja tool that is made by Amado or a Jutsu that Delta can use, but it consumes chakra upon being used, so there is a decent chance that it is a Jutsu.
2 Super-Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan
Naruto, the strongest known shinobi alongside Sasuke, is bound to have an arsenal of insanely powerful Jutsu in his bag. Although his fights in Boruto have been rare, we have seen a few of his techniques and quite possibly the strongest of them is his Super-Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan.
This Jutsu was used by Naruto against Delta in a fight where he, surprisingly, had a hard time. However, Delta was completely finished once Naruto used this Jutsu on her. It left a giant crater in the ground and devastated Delta as well. It is, without a doubt, one of the strongest attacks we have seen in the Boruto series and only a select few can match its destructive power.
1 Chibaku Tensei
Chibaku Tensei is a Jutsu that can be only used by those who possess the Rinnegan, one of the strongest Dōjutsu in Boruto and Naruto. This Jutsu is tremendously overpowered and it can be used for sealing an enemy or even as an offensive ability.
To perform it, the user creates a black sphere that holds great gravitational pull and attracts all the surrounding things toward itself, resulting in the creation of a large body. It consumes a lot of chakra but it is powerful enough to immobilize all the nine Tailed Beasts Tails, which is an almost unimaginable feat.
