Orochimaru is one of the legendary figures in the Naruto and Boruto series, having a historic run as a ninja. Known to be one of the Legendary Sannin, Orochimaru is among the strongest characters in the story. Although Orochimaru doesn't appear in the sequel series as much, his son, Mitsuki, is one of the more prominent characters in the story.
Along with Boruto, Sarada, and Kawaki, Mitsuki is involved in many of the main events of Boruto. Born out of Orochimaru's scientific experimentation, Mitsuki enjoys the many perks of simply having Orochimaru as a parent.

Mitsuki is an artificially created human, meaning Orochimaru designed him to be the best version of himself. One of his biggest strengths is the ability to resist almost any infection that his body encounters. Although there are some infections that he doesn't have an immunity to, his body is designed in a way where he is able to recover from them in a short period of time. It's definitely handy that his body creates antibodies against the infection very quickly.

Mitsuki's entire body is known to be very special. As such, he possesses the ability to use an infrared sensor to detect most things that regular humans cannot. At the same time, he can also hear low frequency sounds without any trouble whatsoever, making him an extremely unique ninja. He gets all these useful abilities simply by being Orochimaru's son.
8 Mitsuki Is A Gifted Master Of Ninjutsu
Orochimaru is quite skilled in every ninja art, and ninjutsu is no different. Like his father, Mitsuki is also extremely skilled when it comes to ninjutsu. Although he's shown to be a user of only two nature types for now, his mastery over those nature types is extremely high. Mitsuki can perform some very high-level Wind Release techniques and when it comes to Lightning Release, he can even use Kakashi's Purple Electricity with ease.
7 Mitsuki Is A Natural Sensor Type Ninja
Sensor Type ninja are extremely unique in the Naruto world. Known to have the power to detect presence and record chakra types, these ninja are extremely handy on missions. Mitsuki, being the son of a great sensor in Orochimaru, has the ability to sense others in a way that comes naturally to him.
When this is combined with his incredible vision and hearing, Mistuki is almost impossible to take by surprise in combat.
6 Mitsuki Can Heal Himself & Regenerate Quickly
Unsurprisingly, Mitsuki also has the power to heal himself in combat. Orochimaru created him in such a way that gave Mitsuki the ability to recover from most small injuries within a matter of seconds. Serious wounds take a bit of time, but they will eventually heal just as well as the minor ones. In fact, Mistuki can even recover from the loss of a limb, which just goes to show that he can take a beating without fear of permanent damage.
5 He Possesses Very Large Reserves Of Chakra
Mitsuki's chakra reserves are extremely huge. For someone of his age, his chakra is way beyond the normal levels. This was indicated by the fact that he can achieve Sage Transformation, which requires an incredibly high amount of chakra. To put it into perspective, Orochimaru failed to achieve the same thing in Naruto because his body wasn't strong enough to maintain the power of technique and lacked the chakra required.
4 Mitsuki Was Born With A Special Kekkei Genkai Power
Mitsuki possesses several incredible skills, but one of the best in his skillset is certainly his power to use the Kekkei Genkai of Jugo's Clan. This power allows him to passively absorb natural chakra and maintain Sage Transformation for as long as he wants to.
He doesn't need to stay still to gain sage chakra. Furthermore, unlike the members of Jugo's Clan, he doesn't go berserk either, meaning he gets all the benefits of the ability without the drawbacks.
3 Mitsuki Has The Power To Use Sage Mode
While Orochimaru himself hasn't been seen being capable of using the Sage Mode, Mitsuki is certainly more than capable. This was seen in his one-shot manga where he managed to activate Snake Sage Mode and then set out for Konohagakure. Mitsuki's full power in this form hasn't been seen yet, but a partial transformation was strong enough to tie a fight with Shino. With time and more practice, Mitsuki's Sage Mode will only grow stronger.
