The first full-length trailer has arrived for "Boruto: Naruto the Movie," which introduces the next generation of ninjas in Masashi Kishimoto's epic adventure.

As the title suggests, the film centers on Naruto Uzumaki’s son Boruto, introduced last fall in the final chapter of the manga and in "The Last: Naruto the Movie," who decides he wants to surpass his father's accomplishments.

Opening Aug. 7 in Japan, the film boasts a script and character design by Kishimoto, who served as chief production supervisor. Junko Takeuchi and Noriaki Sugiyama reprise their voice roles as Naruto and Sasuke.
