Delta is one of the members of the evil organization known as Kara and she served as an antagonist in the Kawaki arc of the Boruto series. She is an Inner of Kara, which means she's extremely powerful.
Delta was able to put up a fight against the likes of Naruto Uzumaki and even pushed him to Six Paths Sage Mode in some instances. It is easy to see that Delta is among the strongest in the Boruto world, however, while she can beat almost anyone, there are some who are stronger than her and we've made a list about all those characters.
10 Stronger: Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki is Konoha's Seventh Hokage and the greatest shinobi to ever exist. Although he was weak when his journey as a ninja began, by the end, he had conquered everything. Naruto's powers are such that he can match the Otsutsuki clan members without much trouble.
While Delta is strong, she is nowhere near Naruto's level. When the two clashed in Konoha, Naruto proved to us why he's superior and even while holding back tremendously, he was able to deal with most of what Delta threw his way pretty comfortably.
9 Weaker: Sakura Haruno
Sakura is a medical ninja from Konohagakure and one of the strongest Kunoichi in the entire series. She's extremely powerful and along with Naruto and Sasuke, she forms Konoha's great three-way deadlock.
Sakura's physical prowess and healing abilities are tremendous. However, Delta is far superior to her at almost everything. Even Sakura's trump card, the Byakugou, is ineffective against Delta as her Destruction Beam prevents others from regenerating. For Sakura, defeating Delta is nigh impossible.
8 Stronger: Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is the greatest known shinobi in the world of Naruto right now, alongside Naruto Uzumaki. By adulthood, both are said to be equal to each other, which means Sasuke is just as capable of defeating Delta as Naruto Uzumaki himself.
His strength comes from his Six Paths Powers and his ocular prowess. However, that's not to say that Sasuke is weak without them. His physical strength is enough to match and even overpower the likes of Momoshiki Otsutsuki at times, which shows that he can take Delta on without any trouble whatsoever.
7 Weaker: Gaara
Gaara is the Fifth Kazekage of Sunagakure and he took on this role at a very young age of 15. Despite being young, Gaara fulfilled the role of a Kage without any troubles and protected the village in times of need.
Over the years, he's grown massively in terms of strength and can now take on a high-level threat without much trouble. Unfortunately for Gaara, Delta is someone comparable to the Otsutsuki Gods in the verse and the level of strength he possesses isn't enough for him to defeat her. In the future, Gaara might gain more strength, however.
6 Stronger: Jigen
Jigen is the leader of the mysterious organization called Kara and he is the vessel of Isshiki Otsutsuki, a being that once partnered Kaguya Otsutsuki. Jigen's powers are surreal and he's easily the strongest character in the series right now.
In his fight against Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, Jigen was able to defeat both without much trouble, however, he did this by relying on the chakra of the Ten-tails that he has in his possession. Nonetheless, Jigen's powers are too great for Delta to stand up to and she'll be crushed immediately if she ever tries to face him.
5 Weaker: Konohamaru
Konohamaru Sarutobi is a Jonin from Konohagakure and the leader of Team 7. He aims to become the next Hokage of the village, although achieving that feat isn't easy in any way. Konohamaru has shown decent growth over the years and right now, he's one of Konohagakure's strongest.
However, it goes without saying that he's not on the level of any of the Kara Inners or the Kage. In comparison to Delta, Konohamaru is inferior in almost every way. In fact, he struggled to defeat an Outer of Kara without help.
4 Stronger: Momoshiki Otsutsuki
Momoshiki Otsutsuki is one of the main family members of the Otsutsuki clan who came to Earth to take the massive chakra they found in the Nine-tails. Being a God, it is easy to guess that Momoshiki's strength is incredible.
In his fused form, he is even stronger and gains enough power to fight both Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha at the same time. Delta may be strong, but in the face of a God, she doesn't stand a chance. Her skills are far inferior to Momoshiki's and if the two were to ever clash, we'll see her get annihilated within minutes.
3 Weaker: Boro
Boro is another Kara Inner, just like Delta herself. He possesses great physical strength and has enough skill to fight four high-level Genin, all of which are described to be above Chunin level, at once. His main power comes from his Dark Cloud Jutsu, which is strong enough to paralyze anyone.
Delta, however, is stronger than the likes Boro. She's much faster and physically superior, and her Destruction Beam prevents anyone from regenerating. Boro, being a massive target, will eventually perish to Delta's powers.
2 Stronger: Rock Lee
Rock Lee is one of Konoha's strongest known Jonin and a master of Taijutsu. Since he doesn't rely much on ninjutsu, Lee is the perfect opponent for any of the Kara members. His Eight Inner Gates technique allows him to amplify his powers greatly and fight even God-level threats.
For Rock Lee, bettering Delta might prove to be quite a challenge, however, with the Gates at his disposal, we reckon he can pull it off. Furthermore, by adulthood, Rock Lee is known to have surpassed Might Guy as a shinobi, which means his real power is above anything that we've seen so far.
1 Weaker: Kawaki
Kawaki is a scientifically enhanced person who the Kara refers to as the Vessel. Through some means, he had Jigen's Karma transferred to himself. According to Jigen, Kawaki will become a perfect Otsutsuki in due time. However, he is much weaker than the likes of Delta for now.
His strength is majestic for someone of his age, and we're certain that he can also take down some of the strong Jonin of the world, however, surpassing Delta with his current level isn't possible. In the future, Kawaki will definitely grow stronger than her, however.
