Daniel Craig is gearing up for a return to the Bond 25 set, just over a month after suffering an injury to his ankle while filming an action sequence for the film.

The official James Bond Instagram account announced that Daniel Craig will be returning to the Bond 25 set next week. The social media post showed Craig hard at work in the gym while wearing a walking boot on his injured ankle.

"Daniel Craig hitting the gym hard @pinewoodstudios, prepping for shooting next week!" the post reads. While not initially believed to be serious, Craig's injury did require minor surgery. Production on the film did continue while Craig rehabilitated the injury.

It has been a troubled production thus far for Bond 25, with Craig's injury occurring less than a month into shooting, followed by a set explosion that left a crew member injured earlier this month. The film, however, remains on pace for its scheduled release date in April 2020.
