WARNING: The following contains spoilers for Bob's Burgers Season 11, Episode 11, "Romancing The Beef," which aired Sunday on FOX.

Love is in the air at Bob's Burgers as the Belchers get their Valentine's agenda in check. While Bob and Linda had plans, the annoyance of Jimmy Pesto causes them to try their hand at fancy dining by staying open late on Valentine's Day to make some extra cash.

Over breakfast, Linda and Bob share their plans to write down ten things they love about each other, but down at the restaurant, the Belchers notice Jimmy setting up his place for Valentine's Day. Jimmy then makes fun of Bob for not having customers while he is packed with reservations. This prompts Louise to question why they are not opening for Valentine's dinner, especially since they'd make a killing off couples making last minute reservations.

While slightly insulted, Bob agrees, but he thinks the restaurant needs a makeover in order to pass for a somewhat high class dining experience. Inspired by the idea, Bob ditches serving burgers in favor of a pre-fixed menu with steaks and wine from the few bottles they have upstairs.

However, one thing sticks out. As desperate as couples might be, the name Bob's Burgers does not scream elegance, so the family changes the name for the night to Urge. After moving the tables forward and separating them with a partition along with Valentines decorations, Bob's Burgers becomes Urge, a fine dining destination for last-minute couples.

While quiet at first, customers finally arrive, and Bob is glowing with joy as his dream is sort-of coming true. As the restaurant fills with more customers than it has had in ages, trouble brews when Hugo arrives for a blind date his mother set him up on.

As a waitlist forms outside, Hugo is left sitting alone. This forces Hugo to go into health inspector mode as he points out all the flaws created by Urge. As time passes, Hugo grows anxious that his date is a no show. Feeling down, Hugo sees calling the fire department on Bob as the only way he will be happy. Thankfully, Louise saves the day and tells Hugo his date had a bathroom emergency and is embarrassed, stalling Hugo for a few hours.

Meanwhile, Jimmy walks into Urge and sees the overflow of customers. Impressed by what his words did to Bob, Jimmy tells Bob he is proud of him, which builds up the possible redemption of their friendship, despite Bob hating that Jimmy is proud of him.

While Bob and Linda stress that Urge is cutting into their Valentine's plans, they agree to try it again next year and continue with this until Hugo stands up to leave. He discovers his date is in fact not inside and urges Bob to shut the restaurant down. As Bob tells his customers they have to leave, he admits they are a burger place and Urge was an experiment, followed by Bob and Linda doing their original Valentine's plans, saying what they love about each other in front of strangers.

Just then, Hugo's date walks in, explaining she went to another Urge, and her phone died. Happy that he was not stood up, Hugo demands Urge reopen. However, Bob declares he just wants to go back to making burgers, which the customers support by ordering some, so Bob grinds up his steaks, leading to a beautiful end of the night.

Created by Loren Bouchard, Bob's Burgers stars H. Jon Benjamin, John Roberts, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman and Kristen Schaal. The series airs Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
