While the latest season of Bob's Burgers has a Halloween episode, it got pushed back to November 1st. Like many other cartoons, Bob's Burgers almost always has an episode dedicated to this time of year. The main characters celebrate in classic Belcher style, complete with plenty of misadventures and family love. Whether it's trick-or-treating, summoning ghosts or escaping a haunted house, these seasonal episodes are must sees for any fan of Bob's Burgers, especially as they wait for the latest addition.

Season 3, Episode 2, "Full Bars"

The first Halloween episode of Bob's Burgers didn't happen until its third season with "Full Bars." The Belcher kids feel old enough to trick-or-treat on their own, meaning Bob is reluctantly free to join Linda at Teddy's party. The kids decide to go to King's Head Island, a wealthy neighborhood where the houses give out the best candy; however, they run into some teen menaces. Back at home, Teddy's party has taken a turn for the worse after he discovers his guinea pig squished, refusing to let any of the guests leave until he discovers the murderer.

This episode sets the stage for future Halloween installments. As with the following episodes, the kids aren't actually up against supernatural foes; however, the teenage tricksters still pose a threat. Meanwhile, audiences get to see Bob and Linda deal with their own wacky circumstances, with Teddy stealing the show as he accuses his friends of guinea pig homicide.

Season 4, Episode 2, "Fort Night"

The second Halloween episode is Tina's "last" time trick-or-treating, so she wants to go out with a bang; however, this doesn't go according to plan when the Belcher kids and friends get trapped in their fort. Millie, a classmate who believes she's Louise's best friend, could've let them go, but she decides not to after Louise calls her out for her obsessive behavior. While the kids are trapped, Bob and Linda decide to trick-or-treat instead.

This episode is the debut for Millie, and it's a fantastic introduction, showing fans that she is delusional and sadistic, mentally tormenting the Belcher kids and company. Meanwhile, Bob and Linda get some alone time together. It's not a romantic evening, but their Halloween shows the husband and wife as best friends.

Season 5, Episode 2, "Tina and the Real Ghost"

Season 5's Halloween episode has the Belchers discover their restaurant may be haunted. Linda and the kids catch the ghost, named Jeff, in a box, leading to Tina developing a relationship with him. Tina's rival, Tammy, is jealous and steals Jeff, despite the ghost being a fake. The rumors about the haunted restaurant also attracts some ghost hunters, as well as a flood of customers.

Season 5 sees the older kids play a bigger role this Halloween, especially Tammy. Her ongoing rivalry with Tina has always been a source of laughs for the show, and it once again delivers. The episode is also a reminder of how much the Belchers care for one another, with Louise willing to sacrifice precious trick-or-treat time to defend her sister; however, Tina makes Louise proud by handling it herself in her own twisted way.

Season 6, Episode 3, "The Hauntening"

This Halloween sees Bob and Linda make a haunted house for Louise. The scares the parents have in store are mediocre, so Louise tries to teach them how it's done. After scaring Bob and Linda, they decide to leave; however, that's when the real horror begins. With a flat tire and no cell service, the family must survive the house, which has ghosts, a sinister cult and a ring of fire. The place is truly frightening, making it the first haunted house to scare Louise, giving her one of the best Halloweens.

The Belchers are a loving family, even if they show it in weird ways. This episode is an excellent example of this, with every member working towards giving Louise a memorable Halloween. On top of that, the stakes feel high, especially for a show that focuses on a family running a struggling restaurant.

Season 7, Episode 3, "Teen-a Witch"

This year, Tina is determined to win the costume contest; however, Tammy steals her idea. In response, Tina looks up references for a sand-witch costume, leading to her trying out witchcraft. While she is able to manifest some confidence, things go south when she starts treating people as lesser than her. Tina gets a much needed wake up call when the crossing guard curses her for her behavior, leading to a very paranoid day at school.

Often times, Tina loses sight of things when she gets a taste of power or is competing, so this episode sees Tina at her worst. As a usually awkward character, moments like this are shocking yet entertaining. Furthermore, this episode ends with a decent message about self confidence and not abusing one's power.

Season 8, Episode 3, "The Wolf of Wharf Street"

The kids are back in the swing of things with trick-or-treating; however, there is a loose wolf in town. Everyone is advised to stay indoors, but Linda wants to prove she's a cool mom by taking the kids out on a wolf hunt. Meanwhile, Bob is stuck at home with a injured leg and Teddy. While this should be an easy evening for the two, Bob's painkillers make him paranoid, and he believes Teddy is a werewolf.

This is a great episode for Linda and Louise since they often struggle to connect with each other. While things don't go as planned, they do appreciate one another in the end. Furthermore, fans can never go wrong with manic Bob. Some of the best moments of the series are when Bob is out of touch with reality, and that's just the case here.

Season 9, Episode 4, "Nightmare on Ocean Avenue Street"

TV bob's burgers halloween nightmare on ocean avenue street

After several seasons of not seeing the kids successfully trick-or-treat, things seem to be looking up when the street the Belchers live on becomes home to a candy centered event. However, there is a thief robbing the children of their treats, so the Belcher kids and friends pursue the masked crook in a very Scoob-Doo fashion. Meanwhile Teddy's rivalry with another handyman leads to him and Bob trying to out decorate the opposing store.

The rivalries in Bob's Burgers are often entertaining, so seeing Bob team up with Teddy in an attempt to outshine the other handyman is another success. Meanwhile, the kids are in their own horror movie as they're stalked throughout the night. While they're only losing candy, the stakes still feel high from their perspective, making the episode a thrill ride.

Season 10, Episode 4, "Pig Trouble in Little Tina"

bob's burgers halloween Pig Trouble in Little Tina

It's fetal pig day at school, and Tina gets stuck with the off looking one. Wanting to go on a haunted hayride with the other teens, she gives into peer pressure and makes fun of her pig before dissecting it. While she gets an invite, Tina's guilt leads to the pig "haunting" her until she comes clean about her regrets. While she isn't actually haunted, Tina's guilt deprives her of sleep, almost ruining her chances to kiss Jimmy Jr.

This episode is Tina focused, dealing with her struggle to be accepted by her friends. It's also one of the more gross Halloween episodes, with the pig spilling its guts in one of Tina's dreams. "Pig Trouble in Little Tina" gives off A Nightmare on Elm Street vibes with Tina having to confront her dream demon; however, instead of a full on fight, Tina makes amends for her cruel words, ending on a positive message for viewers.

Created by Loren Bouchard, Bob's Burgers stars H. Jon Benjamin, John Roberts, Dan Mintz, Eugene Mirman and Kristen Schaal. The series airs Sundays at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
