Yet another BOOM! Studios property is headed to film, as it's been announced that Blumhouse ("The Conjuring") is teaming with the publisher to produce a film adaptation of the werewolf thriller series "Curse."

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jason Blum and Couper Samuelson are set to produce the "Curse" movie, alongside Ross Richie and Stephen Christy for BOOM!

Written by Michael Moreci and Tim Daniel, and illustrated by Colin Lorimer and Riley Rossmo, "Curse" follows, "...a widowed father who is desperate and financially broken from trying to save his child from a rare illness. Seizing the opportunity to claim a reward offered for the capture of a killer in his rural community, he inadvertently captures a werewolf. The question then becomes whether the lycan will be the broken family's reluctant savior or its final destroyer."

Prior to the announcement of the "Curse" film, Daniel's "Enormous" was adapted as a webseries by Machinima, and is currently headed to the small screen under 20th Television and New Regency.

No release date has been set for the "Curse" film.
