With Sony's upcoming Bloodshot film just two months away from its wide theatrical release, a new trailer for the superhero movie is on the way.Comic book publisher Valiant Entertainment posted a new video teaser for the cinematic adaptation, revealing the film's second trailer will be released on Tuesday, Jan. 14. The promo shows Vin Diesel's superhero reconstructing himself after enduring a fiery explosion. Originally slated to be released in February, Sony pushed the release of Bloodshot back to March to take advantage of Godzilla vs. Kong's eight-month delay. This also positions it closer to the summer movie season.

Created by Kevin VanHook, Don Perlin and Bob Layton, Bloodshot is a no-nonsense superhero who uses nanites to become the ultimate warrior. The film's first trailer was released this past October and showcased Diesel in action as a much more brutal superhero.

Directed by Dave Wilson (VFX Supervisor for Avengers: Age of Ultron) with a script by Eric Heisserer (Arrival) and Jeff Wadlow (Truth or Dare), Bloodshot stars Vin Diesel, Guy Pearce and Toby Kebbell. The film is slated to arrive on March 13, 2020.
