A new trailer for the upcoming Bleach EX art exhibit has been revealed.

The new trailer offers another look at some of the art that will be shown at the event, which will open in Tokyo, Japan on Dec. 18. The trailer also features a new song, "Rapport," by singer/songwriter Tatsuya Kitani, who previously provided music for the Mob Psycho 100 anime. The exhibit will celebrate the 20th anniversary of the premiere of Tite Kubo's popular shonen manga, and will feature art from throughout the series, as well as all-new pieces created by Kubo himself. In addition to the new trailer, the event previously revealed two new poster illustrations from Kubo.

While neither Kubo or Bleach's publisher, Shuiesha, have made any announcements about the future of the series, fans are hoping that a sequel manga or some other continuation of Ichigo's adventures will be announced soon. This past summer, Weekly Shonen Jump published the first new chapter of the Bleach manga to appear in years. While the new chapter was originally promoted as a one-shot, standalone story meant to simply celebrate the series' 20th anniversary, the chapter's story seemingly serves as a prologue to a new conflict and story arc for Ichigo, Renji, and the rest of the Soul Reapers.

While a full sequel story has yet to be officially announced, another season of the Bleach anime has been confirmed. The new season was originally announced in 2020 and will adapt the chapters of the Kubo's manga that were published after the original TV series ended its original run in 2012.

Bleach was one of the premier anime and manga franchises during the early '00s.  The series is one of the best-selling manga of all time, with over 120 million copies in circulation around the world. The manga was adapted into an anime series in 2004 by Studio Pierrot, the animation company that also produced the anime adaptation for the era's other big shonen franchise, Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto. The manga was also turned into a live-action movie in 2018 by Warner Bros. Japan, which starred Kamen Rider Fourze's Sota Fukushi as Ichigo and Boys Over Flowers' Hana Sugisaki as Rukia.

Since the conclusion of Bleach in 2016, Tite Kubo has worked on a variety of projects, including designing the characters for Sega's Playstation 4 RPG Sakura Wars (2019) and starting a new manga series, Burn the Witch, which takes place in the same world as Bleach but focuses on the activities of the western branch of the Soul Society, which is based in England. The anime adaptation of Burn the Witch is available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
