In a recent interview, Black Widow's David Harbour gave a bit of insight into the upcoming Marvel film, while also sharing his disdain for filming fight scenes.

Harbour recently spoke with Entertainment Weekly about filming Black Widow's more action-packed scenes, saying "It's awful. I mean, I just got beat up constantly. That s— is awful. Anybody who tells you, 'Oh yeah, man, I love doing stunts,' that is nonsense. Stop it."

In Black Widow, Harbour stars as Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian, who serves as a father-like figure to Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff. Similar to Captain America, Red Guardian is a super-soldier with excellent combat skills, so there were probably plenty of fight scenes Harbour for to film.

While Harbour doesn't like filming the fight scenes, he is a big fan of the Red Guardian character. In fact, the actor called Red Guardian "the best character in all of the Marvel Cinematic Universe."

Black Widow will take place after 2016's Captain America: Civil War and will show Natasha Romanoff traveling to Russia and confronting her past. While on her journey, Natasha reconnects with her "family," which includes Yelena Belova, Melina Vostokoff and Alexei Shostakov/Red Guardian. The film's main villain will be Taskmaster, a character that has learned the fighting styles of several Avengers.
