Marvel Studios plans to release a new Black Panther television promo next week during the College Football Playoff National Championship.

A recent TV spot announced that a new trailer for the forthcoming movie will debut on Monday January 8 at 8 PM. The football game will be broadcast on the Disney-owned sports network ESPN.

The first Black Panther teaser trailer was released back in June during the NBA Finals. Disney since released a full length trailer in October, as well as an international trailer just a few weeks ago. Several TV spots have also been released to continue the hype for the anticipated film.

It's hard to say what form this new promo will take, though it is possible it could be done in the documentary-style approach used for Thor: Ragnarok and Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Directed by Ryan Coogler from a script he wrote with Joe Robert Cole, Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Daniel Kaluuya as W’Kabi, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue, and Forest Whitaker as Zuri. The Marvel Studios film arrives in theaters on February 16.
