We learn a little more about T'Challa's suit and its features in a new international trailer for director Ryan Coogler's Black Panther.
Although most of the footage will by now by familiar, this trailer introduces more dialogue, including Letitia Wright's Shuri describing the new suit as "lighter and completely bulletproof," attributes that are quickly put to the test. (Spoiler: The suit appears to live up to the hype.)
The international trailer also reveals a bit more of Michael B. Jordan's villain, Erik Killmonger, who clearly has eyes for the Wakandan throne, and isn't above teaming up with fellow antagonist Ulysses Klaue, played once again by Andy Serkis, to do it.
Directed by Ryan Coogler from a script he wrote with Joe Robert Cole, Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa, Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Daniel Kaluuya as W’Kabi, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Angela Bassett as Ramonda, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue, and Forest Whitaker as Zuri. The Marvel Studios film arrives in theaters Feb. 16, 2018.
