In a little over three months, Black Panther will make his solo film debut to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Last month saw the release of an action-packed trailer, and new poster to boot. Now, Chadwick Boseman, who plays the titular hero in the film, has shared a somber poster of his character staring into his hands with the tagline, "His father's legacy."

If you thought T'Challa would be the only character to get a poster, think again--multiple character posters for the film have been revealed, tweeted by actors Lupita Nyong'o (Nakia), Angela Bassett (Ramonda), Andy Serkis (Klau), Forest Whitaker (Zuri), Letitia Wright (Shuri), Danai Guira (Okoye) and Michael B. Jordan (Killmonger).

During the events of 2016's Captain America: Civil War, T'Challa was forced to don the ceremonial Black Panther armor after his father, T'Chaka, was killed in a bombing orchestrated by Helmut Zemo (Daniel Bruhl). Convinced that Bucky Barnes was the real culprit, T'Challa joined forces with Tony Stark to bring Barnes and Steve Rogers to justice. Once T'Challa learned the truth, he brought Barnes and Rogers to Wakanda, where the former is in cryo to ensure he doesn't become anyone's puppet ever again. As Black Panther opens, T'Challa is returning home to Wakanda to truly become king. Unfortunately for him, there are those that wish for the secretive nation to fall, including Andy Serkis' Ulysses Klaw and Michael B. Jordan's Erik Kilmonger.

Arriving in theaters on Feb. 16, 2018, Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman, Michael B. Jordan, Lupita Nyong'o, Letitia Wright, Danai Guira, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Martin Freeman, and Andy Serkis.
