Black Panther dominated the box office when it debuted in February, and many fans have been clamoring to own a copy of the film to watch at home. Those fans will not have to wait long, as Black Panther is slated to arrive as a digital download on May 8, with the Blu-ray release set to follow a week later on May 15.

Having already earned $665 million domestically, Black Panther is one of the top three highest-grossing films stateside, behind only Star Wars: The Force Awakens ($936.7 million) and Avatar ($760.5 million). Internationally, the film is sitting at approximately $1.3 billion, which is enough to make the film the tenth highest-grossing movie of all time. Those numbers are not adjusted for inflation.

Black Panther has been breaking records ever since its initial release. Some of the records broken by Black Panther include the highest opening day ever for a non-team-up Marvel film, highest February opening weekend, and biggest opening for an African American director. Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige has previously stated that they are “absolutely” making a sequel to the film, with the hope that director Ryan Coogler will return to helm the follow-up.

In theaters now, director Ryan Coogler’s Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T’Challa/Black Panther, Michael B. Jordan as N’Jadaka/Erik “Killmonger” Stevens, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Forest Whitaker as Zuri and Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue.
