Shuri appears to be getting an all-new look in Marvel Studios' Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.A new piece of promotional artwork for the Black Panther sequel has surfaced online, featuring Shuri (Letitia Wright) alongside Okoye (Danai Gurira). However, while Okoye is seen rocking the same Dora Milaje uniform she has worn throughout her previous Marvel Cinematic Universe appearances, Shuri sports a new purple outfit with white shoes, not to mention a new hairstyle.RELATED: First Black Panther 2 Theater Promos Are Starting to Be Displayed

The younger sister of King T'Challa and the leader of the Dora Milaje, respectively, Shuri and Okoye joined the MCU in the 2018 film Black Panther. Wright and Gurira subsequently reprised their roles in 2018's Avengers: Infinity War and 2019's Avengers: Endgame, with both actors slated to return for the upcoming Wakanda Forever, which is scheduled to premiere later this year on Friday, Nov. 11.

Wakanda Forever Has a Big Role to Play in the Larger MCU

Of course, Shuri getting some new threads isn't the only revelation to come from Wakanda Forever's recently-surfaced promotional art. Additional illustrations that have been shared online seemingly confirm an appearance by Namor the Sub-Mariner, King of Atlantis and Marvel's first mutant, who has long been rumored to be involved in the Black Panther sequel.

Following the fast-approaching Thor: Love and Thunder, Wakanda Forever will be the next feature film released as part of Phase Four of the MCU. The film serves, in part, to honor the legacy of Chadwick Boseman, who played T'Challa/Black Panther in the MCU prior to his tragic death in August 2020, appearing in 2016's Captain America: Civil War, as well as the aforementioned Black Panther, Infinity War and Endgame.

In addition to Wright and Gurira, Wakanda Forever also marks the return of Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, Daniel Kaluuya as W'Kabi, Winston Duke as M'Baku and Angela Bassett as Ramonda. Furthermore, the film will feature the first MCU appearance of Riri Williams/Ironheart -- the heir apparent to Tony Stark/Iron Man -- with Dominique Thorne stepping into the role. Thorne will then reprise her role as Riri in Marvel Studios' upcoming Ironheart series on Disney+. Speaking of Disney+, Black Panther director Ryan Coogler is currently developing a Wakanda-centric series for the streaming platform.
