Merchandise for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever reveals a look at Attuma, one of Namor the Sub-Mariner's greatest enemies.

Posted online by Entertainment Earth, the "Black Panther Wakanda Forever Marvel Legends 6-Inch Action Figures Wave 1 Case of 8" features Black Panther, Namor, Nakia, Okoye, Everett Ross and the Hatut Zeraze. Each of those figures includes a bonus piece that, when combined, allows purchasers to construct Attuma. The price for the whole set, which releases in November, is $199.99. While toy merchandise isn't always necessarily accurate to what will appear in a film, Attuma is slated for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, where he'll be played by actor Alex Livinalli.

Who Is Black Panther: Wakanda Forever's Attuma?

Created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby, Attuma debuted in 1964's Fantastic Four #33. Like Namor, Attuma is an Atlantean and is exceptionally powerful. On several occasions, Attuma has opposed Namor and attempted to take the crown of Atlantis for himself. It's not clear at this time just what role Attuma will play in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.

What Is Black Panther: Wakanda Forever?

The sequel to 2018's Black Panther, Wakanda Forever focuses on the titular country, which is still reeling from the death of King T'Challa, a choice that reflects the passing of his actor, Chadwick Boseman. Wakanda's leaders will be forced to contend with Atlantis and Namor, who have set their sights on the nation for reasons not currently known. There's some indication the movie will draw from 2012's Avengers vs. X-Men crossover, which saw Namor unleashing a massive tidal wave on Wakanda that then caused a war between that nation and Atlantis.

In addition to Attuma and Namor, Wakanda Forever will introduce several key characters to Marvel Cinematic Universe. Mabel Cadena is currently slated to play Namora, the cousin of Namor and a key crime fighter in the comics. Dominique Thorne will also make her debut as Riri Williams/Ironheart in advance of her solo show, which is slated for release at some point in Fall 2023.

Directed by Ryan Coogler from a script by himself and Joe Robert Cole, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever hits theaters on Nov. 11, making it the next theatrical outing for the MCU and the last to hit the big screen in 2022.
