The film slate released by Marvel Studios at SDCC this year contained plenty of exciting titles set for release between this year and 2021, but beyond that, plans are vague. And while studio president Kevin Feige reconfirmed the development of a Black Panther sequel, he didn't provide a release date, or any other information, about the anticipated follow-up.

In an interview with MTV News, however, actress Danai Guirara was asked about what she knew of the highly anticipated film, namely whether or not Killmonger will be making a return. Of course, Guirara was hesitant in answering that question -- not a surprise, considering Marvel Studios tends to be secretive about these matters -- but she did surrender one crucial detail: Okoye will be returning."Literally, I have no information. That's the beauty of our conversation right now [...] Mr. Coogler [director of Black Panther] says, 'Tell them we're working hard -- and you're in it.'"
