While there are many anime with characters who may not crossover too well into the world of Harry Potter, especially as a Headmaster, there are a few exceptions. One of those is the shonen anime Black Clover, which has characters who already use magic in their daily lives but also have personalities that would mesh well into the wizarding world.
As a Headmaster of Hogwarts, many of them would find ways to make the lives of their students better and maybe even teach them a new kind of magic. Some of them would serve as strong protectors of the school while others might find ways to change the entire look of the castle itself.

The sometimes clumsy Golden Dawn member Mimosa Vermillion is vastly different from other nobles. While many nobles are quick to degrade those around them and believe them to be inferior, Mimosa believes in looking deeper into a person to find their worth and compliments others on their successes no matter how small.
Mimosa is sweet but isn't afraid to be blunt with those she finds unpleasant, which might help her when dealing with certain unlikable parents. She would be a good rock of support to her students and would aid them however she could. Her sensory magic would help her in locating mischievous students, while her nature magic could be used to beautify the grounds of Hogwarts.
9 Licht Would Make Hogwarts His Family
Licht was the leader of the Elf Tribe who ruled his people with love and compassion. He is a kind soul who's able to easily understand others, even humans. He displays a strong sense of loyalty to those he holds dear or sees as close friends.
Even in the face of evidence that showed the betrayal of his closest friend, Licht still held onto the hope of his friend's innocence. He would be able to understand students from all walks of life and not hold judgment against them. He would treat the students and teachers like family as he showers them with the same love as his people.
8 Theresa Would Be Hogwarts' Guardian Angel
While Theresa Rapual seems like an ordinary nun who runs an orphanage, she's still a former Magic Knight of the Crimson Lion guild and has the fire in her to prove it. She retired as a Magic Knight after seeing many wars and realizing that it's always the children who are hurt the most. She decided to become a nun to help protect whatever children she could.
While Theresa might seem sharp-tongued at times, she can acknowledge when a child requires a different kind of care. As a Headmaster, she would do whatever she could to keep her students safe and out of harm's way, even if it means laying down her own life.
7 Henry Would Make Hogwarts A Moving Castle
The fluffy-haired Black Bull guild member Henry Legolant is the main protector of the Black Bull's house base along with its members. He is able to use his magic to reform the house and its rooms in any way he wants. He can also add rooms to the house and move the house to wherever he wants.
While some of Hogwarts is known for moving around, Henry would take it to a completely different level while giving it the same level of protectiveness as his guild home. Aside from that, if there were any special field trips the students wanted to take to go study a certain culture or species, Henry could make that happen easily.
6 Dorothy Would Dream Up Fun For Everyone
The Captain of the Coral Peacocks Dorothy Unsworth may not seem like she would get much done as a Headmaster because of how much she sleeps. Surprisingly, she gets all of her work done while sleeping. While she may seem inattentive and unapproachable, she is quite aware of her surroundings and the people in them. When she is awake, she turns into a ball of fun and energy.
Dorothy even manages to get more work done than before. Her dream magic gives her the ability to read the thoughts of others and make them come alive inside her glamour world, which might help in understanding the needs of her students and creating fun activities for them.
5 Fuegoleon Would Demand The Equality Of All
While the Captain of the Crimson Lions, Fuegoleon Vermillion, may come off as rather cold and strict, there is more to him than meets the eye. He believes in being fair to everyone and treating them all as equals.
Fuegoleon also believes in showing everyone respect, which is a trait that might have him at odds with some of the Pure-blood folks. He's good at grasping a situation and quickly thinking through it, then adapting however he may need to. Hogwarts would rarely be caught off guard with him as Headmaster.
4 Charmy Would Aid Her Students With Food Magic
The food-loving Black Bull guild member Charmy Pappitson may bring up questions about what she could bring to the table as a Headmaster, and while the answer is food, it wouldn't be just any kind of food. Charmy has culinary experience in making food that helps increase magic skills, recover magic power, and heal the soul.
Charmy could work towards putting together meal plans that would aid the students with their magic studies and maybe even their overall health. Additionally, she could even base a class around food magic and tips for getting out of tricky situations, such as eating chocolate after meeting a Dementor.
3 Lolopechka Would Nurture Her School
The Princess and Ruler of the Heart Kingdom, Lolopechka can come off as rather awkward and clumsy, but she has a heart full of kindness and compassion. She takes her position seriously and does her best to keep up her positive appearance for the sake of her kingdom.
Lolopechka takes on the responsibility of using her water magic to assist in watering all the crops and plants of her kingdom while also consistently keeping a barrier to help protect the people of her kingdom. She would most likely treat Hogwarts along with its students and teachers with the same love and care.
2 William Would Show An Unwavering Kindness
The Captain of the Golden Dawn guild, William Vangeance has shown to be both calm and observant in the most chaotic of situations. He is also kind despite his harsh upbringing, which would help him in being able to empathize with students who may not come from the happiest of households.
William has a friendly disposition that leads him to be cherished by many of his comrades and would most likely extend to his students and teachers. While his demeanor may make it hard to know what he's thinking at times, he knows how to clearly convey himself when necessary.
1 Julius Would Solemnly Swear He Is Up To No Good
The Wizard King Julius Novachrono has a great fascination with understanding the intricacies of magic, which would help him in finding new ways to use it and things to use it for. This alone would make him stand out in the wizarding world and do well as a Hogwarts headmaster.
Julius' ability for having great patience and also be playfully devious would make him a favorite among the Hogwarts students. He might even help the students with their tricks on the teachers. Despite his qualifications, his bad habit of disguising himself to escape from his boring duties and then wandering about the country may get him into trouble from time to time.
