Production on Black Adam is just months away, which means Warner Bros. and DC are looking to finalize the roster for the DC Extended Universe film. While not officially confirmed, a new report suggests that the studio is looking to cast Cyclone.

According to The Illuminerdi, Cyclone will be the lead opposite Dwayne Johnson's titular character.  The character description points to her being the bubbly and joyous hero that comic book fans know her to be.

Created by Mark Waid, Alex Ross, Geoff Johns and Dale Eaglesham, and first appearing in Justice Society of America vol. 3 #1 in 2006, Cyclone is the granddaughter of the original Red Tornado (Abigail "Ma" Hunkel) and a member of the Justice Society of America (JSA). The report correlates with earlier comments by Johnson, who confirmed that the JSA would be introduced in the movie, and a separate report that claims that Warner Bros. is looking to cast Hawkgirl for the film. Hawkgirl was a member of the JSA for some time.

Directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, Black Adam stars Dwayne Johnson. The film is scheduled to arrive in theaters Dec. 22, 2021. Production is expected to kick off in July.
