As filming continues on Warner Bros. and DC's Birds of Prey (and the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn), new set photos have surfaced that may just give us a sneak peek at the break-up of Joker and Harley. In the photos, Harley is seen outside of what appears to be the Joker's house as he looks on from the window. It's unclear just precisely what is taking place, but it appears Harley has been locked out of the house with all of her things collected into a lone crate -- including her iconic bat from Suicide Squad.RELATED: Birds of Prey: Harley Quinn Brings the Party (and Margaritas) in New Photos

While a major moment for Harley as she goes on to separate herself from the Joker, it's his presence in these photos that is notable. It's doubtful he'll play a major role in the film, as Harley will finally break free from their turbulent relationship in the film. Still, regardless of what capacity he'll be featured, it's clear that the character is being portrayed by someone else, as Jared Leto is currently busy filming Sony's Morbius in the UK. It's entirely possible that he might just be voicing the character, with someone standing in for him physically.

Filming on Birds of Prey, which is loosely based on the comics of the same name, officially began in late January and should wrap up within the next month or two.
