Jalmari Helander is about to get his first big crack at the American film market. The Finnish director known for the excellent Christmas-themed horror film Rare Exports upped the ante with Big Game, a follow-up that not only features big-time stars, but also follows the president of the United States and a young boy trying to survive the elements of the Finnish mountains and a series of bad guys gunning for the leader of the free world.

Samuel L. Jackson plays the president and Helander's Rare Exports collaborator Onni Tommila is the boy. Jim Broadbent, Ray Stevenson, Felicity Huffman, Victor Garber and Ted Levine also appear in the film, which now has an English-language trailer, courtesy of Luc Besson's EuropaCorp.
