Two more familiar faces from AMC's Breaking Bad are set to appear in the next season of its prequel series, Better Call Saul.Per the popular drama's official Twitter page, Better Call Saul Season 5 will feature the return of Dean Norris and Steven M. Quezada as DEA agents Hank Schrader and Steve Gomez, respectively. Throughout the show's five seasons, Norris' Hank was one of Breaking Bad's biggest players; he was obsessed with catching the man known as Heisenberg, unaware the crystal meth kingpin was actually his own brother-in-law, Walter White. Quezada's Steve Gomez, meanwhile, was Hank's partner and straight man -- serving as a recurring character in early seasons and a guest star in later ones.RELATED: Better Call Saul Delivers Speedy Justice With Season 5 Teaser, Release Date

Both Hank and Steve met their demise in the infamous Breaking Bad Season 5 episode titled "Ozymandias." Given Better Call Saul's status as a prequel, however, it appears the fan-favorite DEA agents' story isn't quite through.

"To be called by the genius Vince Gilligan to play a character that changed my life, and to get to work with the great Bob Odenkirk on a show I adore, what more could I ask?" Norris said in a statement (per AMC's website). "I was absolutely thrilled to revisit my old friend Hank Schrader. It was particularly fun to play the early Hank with swagger. Getting time on set again with my Breaking Bad family was a cherry on top. I hope the fans enjoy it as much as I did."

Though Norris hasn't played Hank since Breaking Bad concluded in 2013, he explains the character never left him. "It’s like riding a bike," he said. "I didn’t have to do anything special to get back into this character. It was just putting the orange shirt on, and I’m there."

Better Call Saul stars Bob Odenkirk, Jonathan Banks, Rhea Seehorn, Patrick Fabian and Giancarlo Esposito. Season 5 premieres Sunday, Feb. 23 at 10 p.m. ET on AMC. The series has already been renewed for Season 6, which will also be its last.
