During Anya's celebratory rescue spy mission, Loid effortlessly defeats all of his fellow agents who stand in his way but is surprised to find his wife standing as his last opponent. A tipsy Yor — who has forgotten the mission is a game and not reality — is switched into assassin mode and releases an incredibly fast and powerful attack on Loid.

Loid quickly comes to the realization of how strong she is, and even considers the likelihood of her killing him with this kind of incredible strength. He is fortunately spared a sound beating when she slips on her own heel and falls into a deep sleep.

Part of the grueling interview process for being accepted into the Eden Academy is to be interviewed by the head and chair masters. While difficult questions are expected, one unhappy housemaster, Murdoch, projects his own insecurities and crosses the line by interrogating Anya about her mother.

Both Loid and Yor are instantly enraged when they see tears rolling down Anya's face. Loid showcases this by effortlessly breaking a table in half and murderously staring into Murdoch's soul. He then elegantly excuses his family from the interview and politely declines any educational offers to his family if they are similar to the hospitality Murdoch displayed.

8 Yor Silences Her Brother's Possessiveness

One of the reasons Yor wants a husband was to appease her younger brother Yuri and keep him from worrying about her. When he comes to visit, all parties are on edge for his approval. Similarly to his sister, Yuri is easily intoxicated, and his possessively jealous side begins to show after only a few sips of wine.

After some back and forth battering, a skeptical Yuri demands that Yor and Loid kiss to prove they are married. Embarrassed and too close for comfort, Yor powerfully swings back to slap Loid and stop their romantic affair, but instead accidentally throws her brother across the room, almost dismantling his features from his face and silencing his malicious remarks.

7 Loid's Mission Is Impacted By Anya's Strength

Loid's mission relies on Anya and Damien's friendship to bloom in order to get closer to the ultimate target, Damien's father. Children, however, aren't as predictable as a spy on a mission would hope. Damien and Anya's acquaintanceship is off to a rough start when he cockily assumes she isn't worthy of being his friend and bullies her into punching him.

Anya's attack is beyond ordinary considering she was trained by her assassin mother. An unknowingly helpless Damien is thrown across the room, unsure of whether to love or hate this new classmate of his. Whichever way the friendship goes, Anya has proved herself a powerful friend or foe.

6 Yor Is An Anti-Kidnapper Campaign

While Anya frequently mentions that Yor is useless when it comes to cooking and cleaning, she is still a mother any child would have admired. On their first solo outing, Yor decides to treat Anya to a home cooked meal and takes her to the grocery store. While checking out, kidnappers take advantage of a distracted Yor and attempt to take Anya.

Unfortunately for them, Yor shows them the consequences that follow by mercilessly knocking one across the alley with a bag of vegetables before showing them their potential fates when she slices through a squash bare-handed. These protective instinctual skills are what impress Anya the most about her mother, and she excitedly tells Yor to train her to be just like her mom.

Shortly after being adopted, Anya curiously snoops through Loid's spy gear and sends out a teasing "come and get me" signal to none other than Loid's enemies. As expected, Anya is kidnapped and the criminals hide in Loid's apartment for his arrival. Fans quickly see the action and skill that he is capable of.

Loid effortlessly switches places with his kidnapper to infiltrate their hideout and quickly eliminates dozens of kidnappers. He then threatens the boss' life with knowledge about his daughter, like how many moles she has on her body and her impressive criminal record. Sparing his life, fans and the boss quickly sense the type of unique and gifted spy Loid is.

4 Anya Uses Her Special Attacks To Stay In A Loving Home

While not specifically an attack to harm others, Anya does use the power of deception paired with her own gifts to get her way. Anya uses this insight to reveal to him that if he leaves her she will cry, knowing there is fragility for him in this statement. There are other situations that progressed because of Anya's cute childlike meddling.

3 Yor Is More Than A Powerful Assassin

Yor defeats a cow in Spy x Family.

In the interview process to get into the prestigious Eden Academy, the testing begins before families even meet the chair masters. Scenarios are set in place for families, and the Forgers pass smoothly and elegantly. However, neither the chair masters nor parents plan for all the animals escaping from the farmhouse.

While Loid debates using his gun to stop the stampede, Yor gently hands him Anya and jumps over a bull, the head of the heard. She presses it firmly in two sensitive spots, making it fall instantly to the ground in a deep sleep. Embarrassed, she tells her family that she simply learned about acupressure points in yoga, but viewers know the truth.

2 Anya Becomes A Hero

When Anya's grades aren't necessarily merit worthy, Loid finds other ways to try to help her stand out among her peers, reflecting on how community service and heroic acts earn stellas just as well as grades. It's in this hospital that Anya telepathically hears a drowning boy in the pool who is crying for help, and instantly dashes off to save him.

Anya instinctively jumps in without realizing how deep the pool is. Luckily, Loid witnessed her valiant act and jumps in to save them both. Before this call for help, Anya was disappointed in herself and her inability to help her father get closer to his mission's goal. It becomes clear near the end of the season that she possesses other qualities that make her merit-worthy.

An overworked and exhausted Loid tries to save face with his neighbors by taking his family on an aquarium date. At the last moment, he is simultaneously handed a mission to execute at the park. Not only do viewers get to enjoy Loid executing both spy and father mode, but they also see Anya help him by finding the penguin and chasing after his pursuer.

While Anya's physical strength offers no more than hanging on to his coattail as he runs, Yor's motherly instincts lead her to Anya who appears to be getting kidnapped. Yor sends the man into the air with one swift kick that rightfully impresses Anya, a passing Loid, and all fans watching. The spy-assignment-turned-family-mission make fans excited to see what season two holds.
