Urasawa's Monster tells the story of Dr Kenzou Tenma who has to face the consequences after he saves a young boy who later becomes a murderer.
Becoming engrossed in a chain of murders, Tenma now tries his hardest to stop what could be his greatest mistake. This is not only Urasawa's writing at his absolute peak but his simplistic art style conveys all the emotion that is perfect for the Seinen genre.

Arguably the big one, Berserk is Kentarou Miura's masterpiece. Having over 40 volumes and being around since the year 1989, this series is a dark fantasy story about the character of Guts. As he embarks around the world, it is filled with incredibly memorable characters as well as really messed up themes.
The dichotomy of good and evil gets tested as Gut's sanity and misfortune continues to dwindle heavily. Fans get to see Miura's writing and artistic abilities reach its absolute peak. The best part is that the story is still ongoing to this day.
