She can't stand Saitama, though, and has a one-sided rivalry with him.
Not much is known of Tatsumaki's personal life, though she does seem to struggle with boredom at times, just like Saitama. On the plus side, she gets along fairly well with her younger sister, Fubuki, AKA Blizzard. Oddly, their appearances would suggest that Fubuki is the older one, but it's the opposite.
8 Touka Kirishima Isn't A Villain Like Her Brother (Tokyo Ghoul)
The roguish antihero ghoul Touka Kirishima was rather different from her little brother, Ayato, when each of them was introduced in the story of Tokyo Ghoul. They lost their father when they were younger, but while Touka tried to embrace her father's benevolent worldview, Ayato became a total thug and villain.
Touka may not be a dazzling superhero, but she is relatively tame compared to Ayato, and she accepted Ken Kaneki as a friend and co-worker at the Anteiku coffee shop. Years later, they married and had a daughter of their own, making Ayato an uncle.
7 Katarina Claes Dotes On Her Foster Brother (My Next Life As A Villainess)
The otome villainess Katarina Claes is the only daughter of Millidiana and Luigi Claes, and at one point, the family adopted the boy Keith, who became Keith Claes. He and Katarina appear to be roughly the same age, but given how he often calls her "nee-san," it's safe to say that Katarina is an official anime big sister.

The Komi Can't Communicate manga and anime don't often depict Komi brother and sister interacting very much, but they still seem to get along, at least, that counts for something. Shoko is also beloved for being an earnest and innocent heroine whom every anime fan wants to protect.
5 Misaki Ayuzawa Works Hard For Her Family (Maid Sama!)
Misaki Ayuzawa is the heroine of Maid-Sama!, and she's got a lot on her plate. This tireless teenager serves as Seika school's student council president, and she also studies hard while moonlighting at a maid café to support her impoverished family.
Misaki has her mother and her younger sister, Suzuna, to look after, and she won't dare let them down, even if she might collapse. Fortunately, her new boyfriend, Takumi Usui, is willing to lend a hand however he can, though he can be obnoxious about it.
4 Olivier Armstrong Trained Her Brother Well (Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood)
Major-General Olivier Armstrong is the eldest of the five Armstrong siblings, with her musclebound brother, Alex Louis Armstrong, being the second-youngest of them. Olivier seemed cold and brutal at first, but she is more than a tough disciplinarian and commander. She cares for her family, even if she won't admit it.
Olivier advised her parents to take a lengthy vacation in Xing to protect them from Father's wrath, and Alex appreciated that. Then, Olivier fought together with her little brother against the monstrous homunculus Sloth, and she proudly announced that she had trained Alex for fights just like this one.
3 Temari Became The Sand Village's Best Girl (Naruto)
When she was introduced in the chunin exam story arc, the wind-based kunoichi Temari was a borderline villain, just like her little brothers, Kankuro and Gaara. Temari soon had a change of heart, though, and became a vital ally of the Hidden Leaf Village in later story arcs, including many in Shippuden.
Temari is a stylish and powerful Sand shinobi who wowed fans time and again with her advanced jutsu, and she became a more openly caring and loving big sister than ever. By the events of Boruto, she is married to the brilliant Shikamaru Nara and had a son with him.
2 Tsuyu Asui Is The Family Hero (My Hero Academia)
Most students in class 1-A seem to lack siblings, such as Izuku, Ochaco, Momo, and Katsuki Bakugo, while Tenya Iida and Shoto Todoroki have older siblings. Then there's the rainy day hero Tsuyu Asui, who is confirmed to be the oldest of three siblings in her frog-themed family.
Tsuyu has a younger brother and sister at home, and all three of them were raised well by their loving parents, which meant Tsuyu had a comfortable and stable upbringing. No wonder she is so caring and empathetic with her classmates.

She even volunteers as a barmaid in the Fairy Tail guild hall, too.
