With production on "Daredevil" season two underway, it was only a matter of time before we got to see Jon Bernthal's Punisher in action. Over the weekend, Just Jared posted a photo set of the vigilante in action. Bernthal filmed the scene with an unidentified actor on Thursday of last week, and even these snapshots reveal that Bernthal's Frank Castle will be a force to be reckoned with.

The second season of Netflix's Marvel Studios series will feature the debut of an all-new Punisher, played by Bernthal. Marvel described this take on the characters as "a vigilante who aims to clean up New York City's Hell's Kitchen by any means necessary, no matter how lethal the results."

"Daredevil" returns to Netflix in 2016.
