In "Before I Wake," the Hobsons adopt a little boy named Cody (Jacob Tremblay), only to realize with wonder and then growing horror that his dreams -- and nightmares -- come to life.

Kate Bosworth and Thomas Jane star in this thriller about a dedicated couple who are forced to confront Cody's nightmares, which may slowly be appearing in his waking life. It's directed by Mike Flanagan, whose credits include "Oculus."
