BB-8 has been transformed into a playable Rubik's Cube

After all of these years, I've never been able to solve a Rubik's Cube. Yet I can't help but want this new version, which transforms BB-8 from Star Wars: The Force Awakens into a 3D puzzle.

Officially licensed, the little spherical droid is segmented into part that can be twisted and moved around for what the retailer describes as "hours of Star Wars-themed fun." Somehow I imagine "hours" becoming "days," and "fun" becoming meaningless.

Available for $58 from Japan Trend Shop, the Japan-exclusive Star Wars 3D Rubik's Cube BB-8 comes with instructions that are in Japanese, providing a convenient excuse for anyone who becomes frustrated by the puzzle.
