Dave Bautista’s loveable bruiser Drax has been one of the high points of the Guardians of the Galaxy movies, so it’s only nature that the former wrestler would visit the Disneyland ride named after the spacefaring Marvel franchise. That visit, of course, produced some pretty amazing pictures.

The ride is called Guardians of the Galaxy -- Mission: Breakout! and is a multifloored elevator ride that sees several of the Guardians imprisoned as part of the Collector’s expansive stockpile of otherworldly oddities. Rocket Racoon is forced to infiltrate the Collector’s fortress and liberate his friends, all set to the tunes of the series’ iconic soundtrack.

The area around the ride also sometimes includes costumed actors portraying Guardians characters. In the case of Bautista’s visit, he was able to meet up with Groot. Mission: Breakout also has a foyer area that includes many of the Collector’s favorite specimens, like the recently added Vyloos from the planet Berhert.

Drax’s future in the Guardians films is uncertain, but the character has recently gone through a change of heart in the comics. As of Guardians of the Galaxy #150, Drax had departed the team, having lost his taste for bloodshed. Guardians of the Galaxy 3 is currently slated for release in 2020.
