The next episode of The CW's Batwoman will feature the live-action debut of longtime Bat-Family member.

Season 2, Episode 13, "I'll Give You a Clue," will see Morgan Kohan portray Stephanie Brown, an eventual hero in her own right and the daughter of Arthur Brown, aka Cluemaster. "Episode 13 is all about Sophie proving herself to Ryan," showrunner Caroline Dries told EW. "Our starting point to this Cluemaster story was: What sort of story can we tell wherein Sophie is pressed to reveal to Ryan that she knows her identity? [Episode 12] was a really dark episode and we wanted something more fun, so girls' night became our high concept, and then to give it conflict we thought, 'Well, they can't have fun for too long, so let's spoil it,' and the Stephanie-Arthur story line popped out of [writer Natalie Abrams'] head and we wove it together."

Created by Chuck Dixon and Tom Lyle, Stephanie Brown debuted in 1992's Detective Comics #647. The following issue would see her suit up as the vigilante known as Spoiler, and she'd eventually hold the mantles of Robin and Batgirl as well. Most recently, she and Cassandra Cain have picked up the Batgirl mantle from Barbara Gordon once more while she transitions back to her Oracle alias.

Batwoman stars Javicia Leslie as Ryan Wilder, Rachel Skarsten as Alice, Meagan Tandy as Sophie Moore, Camrus Johnson as Luke Fox, Dougray Scott as Jacob Kane, Nicole Kang as Mary Hamilton-Kane and Wallis Day as Kate Kane. New episodes air Sundays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on The CW.
