Batmobile gets a rebuild (or two) in 'LEGO Dimensions' trailer

The Batmobile undergoes some serious upgrades in this new trailer for LEGO Dimensions that showcases the rebuild features of the "t0y-to-life" game: Every vehicle and gadget can be built and then rebuilt twice more to create three different objects that can be introduced into play.

The trailer also features more game footage that confirms the inclusion of some of the properties leaked last month (Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment made it official that we'll be seeing The Simpsons, Scooby-DooDoctor Who, Ghostbusters, Portal, Jurassic World, LEGO Chima and Midway Arcade franchise).

Developed by TT Games, the Disney Infinity-style game will launch Sept. 27 with Batman, Gandalf and Wyldstyle minifigures and the Batmobile. Players will then be able to purchase of additional fun packs and team packs, containing LEGO sets that they’ll build into characters, vehicles and devices that they’ll be able to introduce into the game with the Toy Pad.

LEGO Dimensions will be available for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and Wii U.
